When most people go on a diet, they make a plan to get rid of sugar and carbohydrates. I’m going to go out on a limb and say this is why diets fail.

If you have a plan, you don’t have to eliminate any food groups and your diet will be sustainable.

  1. Have a daily cheat snack
  2. Have a weekly cheat meal
